Stick on "Parsing DVD folder"

Postby JB123 » Thu Jun 14, 2012 1:59 pm

Trying to rip "MI: Ghost Protocol" and it is stuck on "Parsing DVD Folder." I just dowloaded th prorgam a few days ago, so I don't think an old version is the issue. I know this is a Disney movie, so that may be the problem. Any way to overcome this?

Hello, we're sorry to tell you that currently our DVD Ripper doesn't well support Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol because it a quite newly release DVD disc.

We'll upgrade the software soon to support ripping this disc. Thanks for your understanding. :P

I'm getting the same - but with Season 4 of Greys Anatomy (Files are dated June 2008).
Curiously Seasons 1 to 3 ripped without any problem.
So this sticking on "Parsing DVD folder" happens with older DVDs as well.

When this fails for me the colour bar has reached the right hand side - indicating 100% completion.

A fix soon would be great !
